What Is Done with Personal Data¶
Since address data is sent to Google to fetch the coordinates, or to show a single address on a map on a card, the add-on should be configured to not include fields containing personal data.
Why Personal Data Is Needed¶
Personal data is never needed by this add-on. Instead, use non-personal addresses.
What Personal Data¶
Any property can be configured to be included in the information sent to Google in order to find the best possible match for an address. The properties selected should not contain personal data.
Transfer of Personal Data¶
The selected properties to use to find the best possible address match will be sent to Google. Hence, if you select any properties containing personal data, it will be sent to Google's APIs for finding coordinates and for showing a single address on a map.
Logging of Personal Data¶
Lime CRM is not logging any data other than its normal server traffic logs, nor storing any other data than in the CRM database.
Possible Avoidance of Using Personal Data¶
The runtime configuration prompts the person configuring the Maps add-on to not select properties with personal data in it. If that recommendation is followed, then no personal data will be used in this add-on.
