Maps¶
Get a better understanding of the data in your Lime CRM, by visualizing it on a map.
Some examples:
- Plot all your customers that you are planning to visit. Today, or perhaps this week.
- Either start from the company list or from the todo list.
- See where there is work to be done, by showing today's work orders.
- Finished a work order unexpectedly early? Pick another one coming up this week, that is in the same part of town where you are.
- Understand the geographical aspect of an ongoing issue your customers are having by showing customers with active tickets of a certain type.
- Plan the distribution and size of your field staff teams based on where your customers are, or where there are the most work orders.
- Planning on opening up a new store, office or distribution center? Let your CRM data tell you where your biggest needs are.
- Find the optimal site for the next customer event you are planning, to ensure that as many as possible can attend.
- Plan for effective service of your sold machines when traveling to a certain area of the country or world.
Features¶
- Connects Lime CRM to Google Maps.
- Show the location on an interactive map.
- Show several locations based on the full Lime CRM filter capabilities.
- Easily switch over to Google Maps to continue your work flow there. Perhaps driving instructions before you start your car?
- Any limetype can be shown on a map.
- Configure which address properties to use when searching for coordinates.
- Even plot objects that do not have their own address, by using the location of a related object. For example show work orders on a map based on the related real estate property, building or utility connection point.
